8 lbs in 2 weeks? It's possible folks.

What does it really take to achieve success with your fitness
goals?

I sat down and really started thinking what is missing from
the people to have been able to lose 20,50, even 100 lbs
compared to those who seem to not lose weight at all.

There's is something to it that people are really missing.
Yes it can be the wack program you're on, or perhaps
the poor eating habits but what would make all of
that easier?

Recently I had a personal friend of mine read the
e-book Mind Over Matter, written by yours truly
and what I got back from her in a matter of about 2 weeks
was simply amazing. Here's a summary of what she told
me.

"Geo after reading the book, it's almost like magic,
how it changed the way I was going about my life.
I found myself not only more active but, I started
making wiser choices when it came to eating. I was
drinking more water, doing my workouts daily, and
the best part about it....

In 2 weeks time, I've lost 8 lbs. You and I both
know how long it's been since I've wanted to lose
weight but this book is amazing. I strongly
suggest you make this available to everyone."

When I read that, I got chills. 8 lbs in 2 weeks
time? How could that be. While not everyone
can get that done, I'm absolutely sure that
there's something in the Mind Over Matter
e-book that takes your efforts to lose weight
and make them as simple as possible.

If you have not done so already or are not
aware, the response for the e-book has been
great and I'm sure it will continue to be.

You can get on the vip list for it by

If I were you, I personally would not
put off my new year's resolution any longer.
The summer is coming, that vacation you've
been longing for is due. Give yourself
the chance to really enjoy it by getting
the book that will change your life.

March 19th....a day when I should be receiving
gifts because it's my birthday, I've decided
to make it your birthday too by creating
the gift of a lifetime. It's yours for the
taking. What will you do?

The Championship Mindset

The Super Bowl just passed and if many of you are not familiar with it, it's one of the biggest days in Sports period! While many of you may not be football fans there's something you can learn from these guys who were on the field. One team had to win and one team had to lose. What it took for the winning team to win is where you can learn how you too, can win with your fitness goals.

During the times these athletes are not playing they are constantly preparing
for the 'big' game. They dream about the super bowl, they work their butts off to reach the super bowl, the put their 100% focus on achieving the ultimate prize.

  • When it comes to your fitness goal journey are you willing to prepare to achieve fitness success?
  • Are you willing to make sacrifices?
  • Are you visualizing what it will be like when you're successful?
  • How does it feel to be 30 lbs lighter?
  • What does it enable you to do that you couldn't do before?

Are you interested in fitness success no matter the goal?
Feb 19th... you will find out how.

The Road is not easy

There's been many sources that have said it's not easy to achieve success. A few weeks ago Donald Trump was on the Tyra Banks show and when someone ask him what would it take to be successful at running a business he didn't say go to school, or connections, or anything like that as his initial response. In fact he said something that I could end this blog on right now and that's
NEVER GIVE UP.

If you're trying to lose weight, chances are it's not the first time. In fact it might be the 20th time that you're trying and if that is the case let me tell you right now, NEVER GIVE UP. Take total appreciation in the fact that first you acknowledge that your weight is an issue, and that you're seeking resources to change yourself.

I commend you for that and I'm dedicated to providing you the necessary tools to do just that.
Believe in yourself, no matter how hard the road is and focus on the joy you'll receive as you take small steps towards your ultimate goal.

In order to really be success you must keep pushing even on the days you feel like there's nothing left. Your health is not something to play with and I'm not talking about just physical health either. Your health is something that's very serious mentally as well. If you're a person with low self-esteem, low confidence, mentally you're not well. Your mind is not at ease.

But that does not have to be the case anymore. You control what you think, and you control the feelings you feel. It's important to really understand that you control your destiny and it's up to you to create the future you ultimately want.

The mindset you carry can be two ways.

1- You can think that you can accomplish all things just as long as you truly believe that you can.

or

2- You can doubt yourself and never achieve what you want.

The option is yours today to make. What will your decision be?

Do you know how to act?

I wanted to leave you with a simple quote today that I read from a report my business coach made available to me....

"Act as if you're the person you want to be. After a while you will no longer have to act."

Basically this mean you should be thinking about yourself as a healthy, sexy, beautiful, confident person and not focusing on the obstacles in your life or how you're going to overcome them because it will all take care of itself if you let it.

Stay Tuned.... The new book will be released very soon and it will have tons of free bonuses. HEHE I can't wait.

There must be purpose...

This post will be short but sweet.

When it comes to working out and getting results there must be something that motivates you and pushes you to take action. What that thing is will serve as your "purpose" for pushing yourself when you don't want to workout or when you don't feel like eating correctly.

Whatever that reason is make sure that you keep it on your fridge, in your wallet, repeat it to yourself several times a day that way your subconscious mind can help you attract more things to help you with your goal as oppose to hurting you from achieving your goal.

One of my mentors said that you either are moving towards your goal or away from it, you can't stand still.

Take action today towards your goal.

What you can learn from the Super Bowl?

Last night was one of the biggest days of the year when it comes to sports. The Super Bowl was on and there was millions of dollars spent on advertising, the playing conditions were not great due to the rain, the play was not fantastic but still it was not a bad day at all.

Watching the super bowl yesterday or the little bit that I did watch , there was something I was able to come away with. The NFL plans the superbowl location in advance and never wants the game to be played in bad conditions such as snow or rain and thus they picked Miami. Well unfortunately yesterday it did rain. It was the first superbowl ever to play under those conditions.

But, because of the rain they couldn't cancel the game. The game had to go on.

But this can actually be similar to situations you go through. Perhaps the weather is not great and you don't want to go workout, or maybe a situation has occured that you can't control, does that mean it's time to throw in the towel?

Definitely not. If it's too cold to go outside, workout inside. If there's not enough time to get in your workout, wake up earlier or do as much time as you possibly can. No matter the situation, do not allow excuses to keep you from your goals. And if little excuses such the weather is not good then it's time you reevaluate your goals and truly understand the reason you're doing this.

Perhaps it's because you want to live past a certain age, or be healthy enough to play with your children, whatever the reason is make sure you understand it, process it and remember it as you reach forward in trying to accomplish your goal.

Excuses don't cut it here. Achieving your ultimate goals do.

I think therefore I am...

What did you say when you saw yourself in the mirror this morning?

Chances are you said something like....

Boy do I look tired...

I don't look good this morning

But let's also think about other times when you're in front of the mirror, for instance before going on a hot date...

You probably then say I am beautiful or

I hate the way I look...

What is the point of all of this?
Well I want you to know that whatever you think of yourself as, chances are you will attract things to help you be that. Therefore choose your words wisely because chances are you're the one responsible for the image looking back at your in the mirror.

Think positive, be positive. Enjoy your weekend.

1 month down, 11 to go.

Alright the first month of 2007 is all over. Today is February 1st and it's 31 days since you made your new year resolutions. How have you done so far? Are you in better shape now than you were say a month ago?

Are you leaner? More flexible? In better control of your diet?

OR

Are you already off the wagon and reverting back to your old ways. For some of you this year has gone well thus far and for others it's been a struggle like every other year.
January 22nd was deemed the most depressing time of the year for people. One of the reasons stressed as to why this was the case was failed new year resolutions.

Are you failing with your new year resolutions already?
If you need help in getting back on track I suggest you write down specifically
what it is you want to accomplish and create a deadline for when you'd like to achieve it.

It's not only important to write it but place it in your purse or your wallet and make sure it's something you see 2-3 times a day.

This is your life and like I posted before, you ultimately decide what happens. You hold the keys to the car. Now you can get your act together and own the body that scream A-class or you can give up and own the body that will bring sadness, frustration and embarassment.

I have faith that you can turn it around. There's 11 months to go, so let's get started.
